Big Changes Coming to Portland’s ‘Century Plaza’ Area… Including Chipotle!

Downtown Portland continues to change... and now we're getting a Chipotle!

According to Mainebiz, developer Northland Enterprises LLC has purchased four properties on Marginal Way and and Kennebec Street, and they're ready to break ground on a new development in the heart of the city.

The former Centure Tire Company area will be turned into a retail mall-type location, and will feature the popular Mexican restaurant as one of its primary tenants.
