Just like in Chopped, you and your competitors are provided with everything you need to make a meal, except the recipe. Mystery boxes include a range local, seasonal ingredients that you must use along with any other kitchen items to complete your concoction.

Which would you pick to attempt a meal? As a horrible improv chef, this just might be my personal nightmare. It's like my weekly HelloFresh box but without the instructions and missing half the ingredients!! I know a handful of people, however, that would love to try their hand at Fyood Kitchen.
