Deaf Portland Freshman Featured on NBC Nightly News

Kamron King suits up for every Portland Bulldogs basketball game, but he's not a player. He's the Portland Bulldogs mascot and he just so happens to be deaf.

Kamron was featured on NBC Nightly News as part of their 'Inspiring America' series and when you see what Kamron does you understand why. The challenge of hearing loss doesn't get in his way as he entertainss the crowd and bringing smiles to kids faces.

NBC News' Kevin Tibbles came to Portland to see Kamron at a game at the Expo and his story was featured on Nightly News on February 15.
