The Circus is Coming Back

Just because the Rochester Fair changed its name to the Granite State Fair, don't think that everything is changing because the circus is definitely coming back.  Circus Hollywood will be entertaining Granite State families each day of the fair, twice per day.

Hollywood Circus has been traveling across the country for over 100 years, so they have had a lot of practice!

The Bus Derby Looks Epic!

The Grandstand at the Granite State Fair will host the bus derby on the two Saturdays of the fair, Saturday, September 18 and Saturday, September 25th.  Get ready for some big crashes and some big fun!

Remember The Demolition Derby

One year, I was fortunate enough to participate in the demolition derby, and man was it fun!  I had a lot of coaching from the fine people at the Rochester... er.... the Granite State Fair.

I beat my opponents and got a trophy for my efforts that I still have!

Ride the Rides on the Midway, But Not After You Eat

If rides are your thing, of course, the Granite State Fair will have them all for you to enjoy!  I wouldn't go on the fast ones after I eat, however.  I have seen a few people lose their lunch after they come off the rides.  Eyoo!

Speaking of Food

Of course, there will be all your favorite fair food!  Fried dough, french fries, etc., etc., but I wonder what new foods could be headed our way?  That's the great thing about the Roches.... I mean, the Granite State Fair; there are always new things to try every time you go, so be sure to make plans to visit sooner than later!
