Fairgrounds Pub Breaks Internet Again With This Monster Sandwich

The question is...would you eat this?

My answer is most definitely YES! Fairgrouns Pizza and Pub in Cornish is making quarantine fun! These guys have a mix of Greek and American cuisine..and out of the box food combos. Remember the fried pickle pizza frenzy? Yeah...that's these guys! Well, welcome to the buffalo chicken mac and cheese sandwich on a brioche roll with ranch dressing.

Right now Fairgrounds is only doing take out. Which is probably best, because I think it would be too much of a spectacle to watch me eat this in public. Hell, my dog is probably gonna look at me like, 'Whoa...slow it down.'

My favorite part of Fairgrounds Pub is waiting to see what combination of tasty food they will come up with next! And some of it seems so logical and yet crazy. Putting fried pickles on a pizza with ranch dressing? Insane (and delicious). Mac and cheese, buffalo chicken on a BUN? Yes, yes, yes, yes!!  Thank you guys for giving us all a reason to just eat and nap until this is over!
