Falmouth is Turning Into Caldwell, Idaho!

Okay...maybe I'm behind the times, but I have only seen this in Idaho! And now Falmouth has it!

The blinking yellow light! You can still make a left turn (when safe) with a blinking yellow light. When I go see my dad in Idaho, they have had these for years - but I have NEVER seen one in Maine.

Am I behind the times? Are they everywhere in Maine and Falmouth just got one?
