Aside from Netflix, entertainment is difficult to come by these days. It's been two months since we've been able to hang out at our favorite bar or go support our favorite local musicians. Fortunately, with the weather improving and a plan rolling out to reopen our economy, opportunities for a fun evening out are beginning to pop up.
One of the first is happening in Windham. How about some live music enjoyed from the safety of your vehicle?
Sebago Plaza located off Roosevelt Trail in Windham houses multiple businesses, including Erik's Church which has been the live music hot-spot for the area.
Monday evening the plaza will host Isaiah Bennett and American Ride live. For $5 a person you can park your car and rock out, or if you have a truck, throw some chairs in the bed. It will feel almost like tailgating.
Erik's Church will even have food and soft drinks (no alcohol permitted) available to order.
Tickets are selling fast and are limited to the number of parking spaces available to get them ASAP! All proceeds will benefit the businesses in Sebago Plaza. Keep an eye on Erik's Church Facebook page to be the first to know when they're available.
An affordable fun night out with live music and great food that's also upholding social distancing? I'll take it! What about you?
