Have Drinks and Dinner in a Fish Shack in Kennebunk

Batson River Brewing and Distillery has a cool idea on how to socially distance and have some libations.

Batson River has three locations, Kennebunk, Biddeford and recently Portland. But it's the Kennebunk location that has these cool fish shacks!

Oh, did I mention they were heated?

They have six shacks, and each one can hold six guests and are available on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-ins, but you're gonna want to reserve one.

This pandemic has been devastating to restaurants, but has also created some of the most clever ways of enjoying going out. The shacks are aired out for 15 minutes in between seatings and sanitized. You can't bring your dog...and it's only 20 bucks for an hour and a half of your own little house to eat in.

They have seasonal cocktails, a whole line up of craft beers and if you get hungry, they've got you covered for that too. The only thing you don't have to do is go fishing.
