I bet it's been a while since you've had "the talk," but according to a new study from the CDC as reported by WMTW, there's been a surge in STD and STI rates in Maine.

By now you're probably having humiliating flashbacks, but the good news is you'll survive. However, keeping up with your health and staying safe are key factors in that.

According to the study, the rise is shown in cases of Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and chronic cases of Hep C, and you can see the stats in this video from WMTW.

Now don't have a full-blown anxiety attack yet, but getting a screening wouldn't be the worst idea.
