Here’s What Usually Makes Us Late For Work in Portland [Time Lapse Video]

If you live on the South Portland side of the Casco Bay Bridge, chances are you've probably gotten stuck once or twice as a big tanker ship passes underneath. Here's what it looks like from Monument Square in Portland.

It only takes a few minutes for most ships to pass under the bridge, but they can back up heavy rush hour traffic for a while. Here's a video of the tanker New England sailing under the bridge this week, on its way back out into Casco Bay.
