I’m So Honored! A Young Listener Drew Me for His Maine Alphabet Project

Every year Q97.9 hears from young listeners around the state who are working on their own versions of the Maine Alphabet Project. This project involves the students coming up with a person, place, or thing from Maine for each letter of the alphabet. Since some of the letters at the end of the alphabet are challenging, it's no surprise that the Q makes an appearance in many of these projects.

One Maine student took it a step further and decided to draw a picture of Yours Truly on his Q page. I guess with a name like Kylie Queen you'll get bonus points for extra Q's. 

I'm so honored to exist on the pages of a big school project. I think he nailed my look, right down to my blonde hair.
