Raising Cane's to Open in Concord, New Hampshire

There was fervent enthusiasm when it was announced that New Hampshire was getting its first Raising Cane's.

The chain restaurant, which specializes in chicken fingers, debuted in Manchester to wicked long lines, with some people camping out overnight for the grand opening. Would you do that? (Did you do that?)

When Is Raising Cane's Opening in Concord, New Hampshire

Plans have been underway for the new Raising Cane's to come to Concord all the way back in August 2024, according to the Concord Monitor, when it was presented to the zoning board that the restaurant would be built near the Aldi's.

It wasn't until June 2025 that work began on the location, and Mountainside LLC shared the start of construction on Facebook.

Now, five months later, the City of Concord has shared on social media that the Raising Cane's is almost ready and "will be opening soon (aiming for next month)."

A specific date has not been set yet, and the Raising Cane's website still just says "Coming Soon," but look forward to a more exact timeframe likely in December.

Where is Raising Cane's in New Hampshire Located?

The newest location is at 287 Loudon Road in Concord, New Hampshire, which is near Aldi and the old Regal movie theater.

The other Granite State Raising Cane's can be found at 782 South Willow Street in Manchester.

What Is Raising Cane's?

Raising Cane's is a fast-food restaurant chain that first opened in Louisiana in 1996. It serves up cooked-to-order "craveable" chicken fingers across 44 states with Massachusetts having the most locations in New England.

There are none currently in Maine and Vermont, though, according to The Hill, the restaurant has plans to operate in every state.
