Another day another South Portland area restaurant in the books for me as I recently visited the neighbor to my previously written about Tuscan Grill called the Kobe Steakhouse & Sushi. For appetizers, I had spring rolls a delightful seaweed salad, and last but not least, my main course was grilled beef udon. Let's talk about the presentation,

The seaweed salad was in a small portion with optional lemon to sprinkle; it tasted just as good as it looks (licks lips), and for a small serving, it was quite filling. Then came my spicy tuna roll, which had enough kick to win a fight with Chuck Norris, with or without wasabi.

Last but not least, we had the Grilled Beef Udon, or as I will say, 'big beef little noodle.' I walked into this meal unprepared, as I usually am a man who knows his way around with chopsticks I could not pick up the beef right or the noodles and had to resort to the fork. The Soup was delicious, and the beef was soooooo tender. I did, however, need to add a dash of salt as when meat is thick-cut, it will be harder to season for a quick turnaround. That being said, this provided me with another good Portland restaurant experience. Have you ever been? What did you think of your night of dining?
