If you love some good retail therapy, you'll be excited to know that one of the top shopping towns in Maine will have some new stores to check out in 2026.

According to a press release from Kittery Premium Outlets, Kittery is getting two new clothing stores.

Famous Footwear to Open in Kittery in 2026

One of the new businesses opening its doors at the Kittery Premium Outlets will be Famous Footwear.

The press release stated that the shoe store will open in winter 2026 at Kittery Premium Outlets 4, 345 US Route 1, Suite P007, and is expected to open on January 1.

According to Zippia, Famous Footwear began in the '60s in Wisconsin and has branched out across the country in the years since. ScrapeHero reports over 800 stores as of 2025.

Famous Footwear is located in Maine in Freeport, South Portland, Augusta, Biddeford, and Bangor. There is also a Famous Footwear at the Kittery Outlet Center, 340 Route 1, Space #8.

Lucky Brand Jeans to Open in Kittery in 2026

The other new store opening in winter 2026 is Lucky Brand Jeans. Kittery Premium Outlets states that it is expected to open March 1.

That will debut in Suite P029, also at Kittery Premium Outlets 4 at 345 US Route 1, the press release stated.

The denim company sells jeans, of course, but also other apparel like shirts, jackets and more.

This will mean there will be a Lucky Brand Jeans in every New England state except Vermont.

Are you ready to go shopping? There are a ton of stores to check out, and these two new ones can be added to your retail list of places to hit up.
