Danny Cashman has been living his dream of being a talk show host with his locally produced The Nite Show airing statewide in Bangor and here in Portland on Fox 23 and CBS 13. The show usually shoots at the Gracie Theater on the Husson University Campus, but Danny is taking his show on the road to travel south to the Westbrook Performing Arts Center on January 27.

For a locally produced talk show, the guests Dan books on this show are pretty stellar. From local celebrities like Tim Sample and Kim Block to local politicians like Senator Angus King and Governor Paul LePage. Dan even manages to book nationally known acts like The Count from Sesame Street.

As a fan of the Nickelodeon game show Double Dare, one of Dan's biggest gets was the host of the show, Marc Summers.

And now the show is set to head to Southern Maine. I've made a few trips up to Bangor to be a guest on The Nite Show, but the entire Q Morning Show has never been on. That's about to change. We won't tell you exactly what's going to happen yet. You'll have to tune in when when the shows air on Saturday, February 4 and 11 at 7:30 PM on CBS 13 and at 10:30 PM on FOX 23.

If you can't wait until it airs, you can find out what happens by seeing The Nite Show shot live at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center on Friday, January 27. Two shows will be taped and tickets are free, but you must be at least 14 years or older to attend. Get your tickets now on The Nite Show website.
