For those of you who haven't already seen the news, Route 1's most popular attraction, the Kowloon Restaurant, just added a new line of THC beverages to their menu. Well, whoever is in charge of their bar management is at it again, but this time with an even more interesting twist. According to Boston.com, the Kowloon is partnering with a cannabis beverage company called LEVIA to debut a one-of-a-kind, THC-infused seltzer.

As a limited-edition seltzer, it won't be around forever. So now is your sign to make sure you stop on your way home to Maine or on your way to Boston.

Here's what Kowloon's co-owner, Bob Wong, had to say to Boston.com about these timeless cocktails.

With more than seven decades in service, we are always looking for new ways to bring excitement and fun to our customers, and AYR has provided us an opportunity to do just that.

Okay here comes my opinion you didn't ask for, and I'm sorry in advance, but I have to say it. As a former Massachusetts resident, I know how dangerous Route 1 can be. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried about customers who consume THC before trying to drive home, considering is often referred to as a sleep drug. I'd be worried that somebody might fall asleep behind the wheel, or not be able to pull out of the parking lot on time due to blurred vision. While I love the concept, my Karen side wants to make sure all POVs are seen here.
