The Alleged Porta Potty Pyro Turns Himself in to Maine Police
After the amount of coverage on this story yesterday, the arson suspect, Ellis Hemenway, turned himself in to Auburn Police, according to the Portland Press Herald.
Hemenway told police he was in town visiting someone and was intoxicated when he allegedly started the fires, the newspaper reported.
He was charged with arson, which is a class A felony in Maine. The Porta Pottys, which were owned by Blow Brothers, were completely destroyed, according to the Press Herald.
