Mythical Beast Deals With Parking Violators at Thompson’s Point

When you see this no parking sign at Thompson's Point in Portland, you need to make sure you read the fine print or face a fate worse than towing.

Katie Cook of Westbrook was at Thompson's point on Saturday visiting Color Me Mine, when she noticed this sign designating parking spots that are for employees only. The sign warns that violators will be towed or a mythical beast from the depths of Casco Bay will be summoned.
