UPDATE: Horrific Details About Treatment of 10-Year-Old Girl Before Parents Murdered Her

The parents of a 10-year-old girl were arrested Monday night in Stockton Springs, Maine. Details of abuse were released today...they are VERY disturbing.

Marissa Kennedy, 10, was found dead at a condominium on Sunday. EMT found the girl unresponsive. The family had been staying at a the condominium, owned by the mother's parents. Marissa's mother, Sharon Carrillo (33) and her stepfather, Julio Carrillo (51), were taken into custody at the Maine State Police office in Bangor and are now at the Waldo County Jail in Belfast.

Two other children who were inside the condo, (1 and 2 years old) are now in the custody of the Maine Department of Health and Human Services.
