WMTW's live video from midday today shows dozens of police officers from across New England converging on Maine Medical Center to deliver Christmas cards to Jacob Thompson.

Jacob has made news around the world, as he battles a state 4 neuroblastoma. He asked to celebrate Christmas early this year, as his family isn't sure whether he'll make it to the end of December. Even Star Wars legend Mark Hamill urged fans to support Jacob in his fight.
