Once again, the city of Portland has the spotlight for its finest eateries, like Bluefin in the old port, which was highlighted on The Taste of Massachusetts Facebook page.

The food critics who highlighted Bluefin stayed at the Portland Harbor Hotel downtown and sampled some of Portland's most refined foods.

I, for one, can say they pick the right place as I am a huge advocate for Bluefin restaurant, and their food is delicious, not to mention the presentation is to die for. Check out these great dishes.

The Salmon over Bucatini Dish looks very mouthwatering. Even though it seems like a small portion, please do not underestimate the taste of this dish.

The Filet Mignon served with bordelaise, crispy fingerling potatoes, and seasonal vegetable makes my mouth water. I can't take the teasing anymore as I want this right now.

The Apple Crisp, which consists of crown royal, apple cider, honey, oat rim, seems like the type of drink you would sit by the fire with as the photo shows, just letting your food settle and thinking about all the flavors that have marinated inside of your mouth.
