Maine’s Saco Drive-In at Aquaboggan Creating Holiday Magic by Showing Elf to Benefit Toys For Tots

One of the best parts about the holidays are watching local businesses in Maine give-back to their community.

The Saco Drive-In at Aquaboggan is no exception this holiday season as they plan to show a Christmas favorite, "Elf" on their big screen.

But there is a twist!

Not only is the showing on December 6 and 7 intended to get you into your best holiday spirit, but it's also being used to benefit one of my favorite fundraisers: Toys For Tots!

CHRISTMAS FOR A CAUSE 2024 is officially underway. As admission to this magical event, Aquaboggan will be accepting new, unwrapped toys in place of tickets, where 100 percent of toys and reservation fees will be donated to Toys For Tots.

How wonderful is that? Perfect for teaching the whole fam what the holidays are all about: kindness.

Gates open at 4 pm with a 5:30 pm start time where you'll find s'mores kits, train rides, and fire pits. There's also been a rumor Santa might visit!

I do want to share a fair warning about this magical "Elf "showing event. Space is going to be very limited, and you'll want to secure your spot at the drive-in by registering in advance.
