Let's just say Jen's reaction to seeing my purchase was, 'I didn't know you wanted to dress like Chloe.' Chloe is 11 years old. 

First, let me defend myself. I am NOT good at clothes shopping. I do it when I absolutely have to. I absolutely had to recently because...well, my shorts were driving me crazy. Either way too big or even worse...way too small. So I went to Old Navy and bought some cute shorts.

Just your basic pair of jean shorts...

I tried them on. Me likey. But when I showed Jen, she pulled out the ol' you Iook like an 11 year old. Then she started quizzing me about how many jean shorts were left on the rack? A lot? Sigh.

I have no idea...is this something only an 11 year old can get away with? I was NOT in the kids section by the way.

They are comfy...and I like them - but I am vain as all hell...so

SHOULD I WEAR THESE OR NEVER WEAR THESE?
