What a night. AAA took 4 hours to help. And it was pretty obvious what caused the flat.

 

When the Old Port (where we were) is plowed, they have to plow the cobble stone. When they do, some of that cobblestone is turned into sharp, dislodged tire killers. Like this piece lodged right into the tire.

My question is...since this is quite obviously a piece of cobblestone, should Portland pay for the fire i had to replace?

 

Just curious...I mean, VIP took good care of me, but I wouldn't have had to buy a new tire, if this piece of city cobblestone didn't puncture the tire. Is it just a basic tough beans?
