Signs Of Spring: Red Sox Truck Gets Ready To Roll To Florida

Time to shake off last night's loss and start looking forward to spring, warmer weather, and baseball.

One sure sign that spring is coming, the Boston Red Sox equipment truck leaves for Florida today around noon and that means spring training is right around the corner.

The truck will be carrying all the gear for the team including 20,400 baseballs, 1,100 bats, 200 batting gloves, 200 batting helmets, 320 Batting Practice tops, 160 white game jerseys, 300 pairs of pants, 400 t-shirts, 400 pairs of socks, 20 cases of bubble gum, 60 cases of sunflower seeds.
