Story of Horrible Dog Abuse Has Happy Ending! [PICS]

Blue, a puppy, was found on the side of the road near Sunday River with his muzzle taped shut. Now a $5,000 reward is being offered by the Humane Society of the United States to catch whoever did this.

Yes, I am a dog owner. But you certainly don't have to be, to feel horrified about what happened to Blue. In early October he was found with his muzzle taped shut. He needed surgery, and lots of care.

The good news is that Blue has a forever home that fits his situation perfectly. A lot of people fell in love with Blue and his new family has set up an Instagram account so that you can follow his progress!

I am so happy for this little guy, who despite the incredible abuse, is a loving dog. And even got into the Halloween spirit!

Please help catch whoever did this. The Humane Society of the United States is hoping information will lead to who did this, their arrest and their conviction.
