camp

Are you missing those crazy fun times at summer camp? But you're an adult, and they kind of frown on adults going to camp? We've found a place for you to have some fun! CRAZY FUN that is! It is Camp No Counselors. Camp No Counselors is EXACTLY what you think it is. Summer camp with a bar!

Even though that nice 80-degree weather is still a few months away, it's never too early to dream (and plan) for summer!

Mainers take their camps, cottages and cabins seriously, and outfitting them is half the fun! The L.L. Bean Home Store has so much cozy furniture, rugs, lamps and bedding to make every space warm and homey. Personally, I think that every camp should have this adorable banner over the door, and these soft woven rugs on the floor...

I did this all the time as a kid and it was no big whoop. But as an adult, it was a big whoop.

Chloe who is 9, went away to Girl Scout camp before I went to Idaho. It was a sleep away camp - her first. She absolutely loved it! And wrote letters too!

Leslie Testwuide's 8 year old son went to away camp for the first time last year. Like many moms, she missed him so much! She fantasized about what his first letter home would be like.....
