The Summer months are finally here and that means it's prime time for some road trips! Luckily, there is plenty of great scenery throughout Massachusetts. In case you need some ideas, it just so happens that a list of the best roads trips in the country has been unleased upon us. And among those road trips, one happens to be here in Massachusetts.

It's only a short drive from Central Maine

When you're standing on that evergreen boundary looking out over the Maine lakes and mountains and on to the New Hampshire border, the landscape is impossibly surreal and spectacular.

On the 5th of July (Sunday) there was a 17 mile backup on the Turnpike. It took 3 hours to get from Ogunquit to the Hampton tolls! 85% of us plan to getaway this summer. 90% by car! When you pack up the car and head out, where should you go and where should you avoid?
