While rain, wind, and warmth have been the story for the winter so far, New England was crushed by four consecutive nor'easters in March just six years ago.
Maine is not going to follow suit with cooler-than-normal temps like some of the other southern states, but Maine is actually looking to be warmer than normal- but by how much?
