The Conway Scenic Railroad Got a Very Funny Call To the Ticket Office Last Week

People who work phones in customer service get all kinds of strange and funny calls. Even the Conway Scenic Railroad in New Hampshire gets a few.

The Conway Scenic Railroad runs several excursion passenger trains through the White Mountains which has some of the most beautiful views in New England, especially during fall foliage season. Trains run April through November so there are plenty of excursions to choose from.

One particular customer call the Conway Scenic to ask what time the 11:00 train left. Wha?

At least they were nice about it. I would have sooooo loved to have said, "Sir, the 11:00 train leaves at 12:15, but if it's more convenient, we can get you on the 12:00 train that leaves at 10:00."
