Live Nation announced today that The Weeknd will be bringing his After Hours Tour to Boston's TD Garden on July 11.

Fun fact: The Weeknd's actual name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye but the stage name "The Weeknd" is a bit more catchy.

His fourth studio album After Hours will drop on March 20 which features two singles you've been hearing on Q97.9, "Heartless" and his latest, "Blinding Lights" which sounds like it could be a song right of the 1980s.

A new album usually means a new tour, and that's exactly what kicks off on June 11 and comes to Boston's TD Garden on July 11.

Tickets for The Weeknd go on sale to the public Friday, February 28 at 10:00 am, but there are a whole bunch of ways you can get a jump on tickets like if you happen to be an American Express card member.

Otherwise, grab your tickets at LiveNation.com starting Friday.
