Three Day Weekend Plans? Here’s Some Local Ideas [PHOTOS]

What are you doing for Labor Day Weekend? Kayaking, swimming, BBQ? If you said nothing, here are some fun local ideas to change that. 

CHEBEAGUE CHEBANG-  Was originally scheduled for the Fourth of July and canceled for rain. It happens this weekend at The Chebeague Island Inn Sat (8-30) 3-10pm. Live bands, fun family games, delicious foods including some vegetarian, free ferry from Cousins Island, beer and spirits all capped off with fireworks at dusk.

CAMDEN WINDJAMMER FESTIVAL- Happening today! (8-29) You don't have to have a boat to enjoy this fun festival. Tons of delicious foods, lobster crate race, Fireworks over the harbor, build-a-boat contest a chowder challenge and more.

Today 'til 9pm, Sat 7:30am-7:30 pm, Sun 10am-10pm
