Maine’s Newest Food Challenge Is This Diner’s Massive Breakfast Feast

Augusta, Lewiston, and Waterville all have food challenges you can attempt to conquer, and it looks like Lisbon is joining in the massive meal experience.

The Rise and Regret Challenge at Two Moms Diner in Lisbon features an array of breakfast offerings, all meant to be eaten in under 25 minutes.

If you're wondering what food you'll have to devour for the Rise and Regret Challenge at Two Moms Diner, it's a lot.

The restaurant shared on Facebook that you'll attempt to eat:

• 2 massive 8oz pancakes
• 8 eggs your way
• 4 strips of bacon
• 4 fat sausage links
• A heaping cup of cubed homefries
• 1 slice of French toast
• A crock of beans
• A homemade biscuit smothered in a full cup of gravy

If you win, the meal is free, and you get your photo on the wall of fame. If you lose, the meal is $30, and you get your photo on the wall of shame.

I like those odds.

Just note that this challenge is only available on Wednesdays.

Has Anybody Won the Breakfast Challenge at Two Moms Diners in Lisbon, Maine?

The new challenge has already had multiple people try to claim victory, including one who did manage to pull it off.

This is also the newest version of the Rise and Regret Challenge, as it was originally introduced in April 2026. However, after too many people started beating the challenge, it got a revamp of even more food added, including a bump in eggs and new additions like French toast and the biscuit smothered in gravy.

Both versions sound like I'd need to take a nap after.

Would I try it? I'd be lucky to get through half of it, but I can certainly bet there are some food champs out there willing to take on the conquest.
