Not sure what could've sparked this Tweet towards Maine's Governor Paul LePage but it might be related to any of the following:

• Racially offensive comments regarding out-of-stage drug dealers impregnating Maine's "young white women"
• Advocating for the return of the guillotine for use on convicted drug dealers
• His "just kidding" remarks encouraging vigilante justice to kill drug dealers
• His general disregard for what he says and does in a public setting
