I have been reading online people's comments and concerns about specifically why people need to stock up on things like "toilet paper" and food.

The issue is not that Toilet paper is going to save our lives; the problem is something called "supply chain."

If the person or people in factory A, are out sick, or they are minimally staffed, it will slow down or halt the supply and fail to meet the demand. Also, add in the possibility that some of these goods may be shipped from other countries and have not made it off the docks yet do to lack of personnel or travel/shipping bans.

Then here is the obvious issue, you run out of toilet paper, and the stores are closed for lack of staff. We have to look at this just like a big storm coming to shore, you have to remain ready for the potential worst, even if it does not happen.

Stay safe, watchful, and be well.
