Why Was There a Topless Woman at The Farmer’s Market in Portland?
The days are getting warmer in Maine and that means that the trucks and tents are popping up in Monument Square in Portland for the Farmer's Market. But this week, in between all those farms selling fresh produce and goods, was a woman wearing nothing but a pair of underwear, shoes and a hat.
There's nothing illegal about being topless in public in Portland but that doesn't mean it won't get attention like it did from the person who sent us this photo and wishes not to be named.
So curious minds want to know why? It wasn't THAT warm of a day. What was she buying? Is that her sweet Ford pickup?
Anyone?
