With COVID-19 cases on the rise across the state of Maine finding same-day testing can be difficult with many locations booked a few days up to a week out.

Fortunately, 10 Walgreens locations across the state began offering testing Friday, November 13. Over time, there could be as many as 65 locations that will offer free drive-through tests according to Maine.gov.

These tests (Abbott BinaxNOW COVID-19 antigen tests) are available by appointment only for those showing COVID-19 symptoms. Appointments can be made here.
