You Will Either Love or Hate the New 'Logan' Movie

Movie Mom says that critics are falling into two camps: love it or hate it for the new 'Logan' movie. Movie Mom hates it, but tries to see it from the other side too...

Movie Mom did NOT like the new 'Logan' movie. Wolverine is one of the darker super heroes and a little depressed and so the movie is dark and a little depressing. It was a tad too much for Movie Mom.

Then there is a movie with Maine's very own Anna Kendrick called 'Table 19'. It's about a brides oldest friend getting bumped to table 19 and her wedding when she breaks up with the grooms brother. Movie Mom says parts of the movie work, some don't - but she adores Anna and loves her performance.

Then there is 'The Shack' with a great cast, including Sam Worthington, Octavia Spencer, Tim McGraw. It's about a grieving man getting a mysterious, personal invitation to meet with God at a place called "The Shack." Movie Mom says that Sam Worthington really needs to work on his American accent. But it was okay...and slightly controversial.

Movie Mom also covered the Oscars and her thoughts and guess what's out to rent this weekend? The movie that just picked up best picture at the Oscars, 'Moonlight'.
