Hello and 'Ho, Ho, Ho' and all that.

So, here we are. November 2nd. Halloween is over, and if you're reading this it's quite likely that you immediately took down those Halloween decorations in favor of tinsel, a tree, stockings hung by the chimney with care, and some holiday tunes in the background.

I'd even bet money you've been watching your fair share of Hallmark Christmas movies already this year.

If this were any other year. I'd probably be judging you. Wondering what the heck is wrong with you. Yelling that we still have Thanksgiving to get through and that alone is weeks away!

Not this year.

Have a Holly Jolly Election Day, Thanksgiving, random Saturday. You deserve this. You deserve holiday cheer as early as you want it. And you know what? Keep those decorations up until February if you want. I don't care. You have my full support and don't let anyone else shame you for any of it.

If Christmastime is what's going to be that bright spot in 2020, let's have it last.
