Are You a Willy Wonka Fan? Take a Look at What My Friend Made

I'm about to geek out on you for a bit here, but if you listen to the Q Morning Show, that's nothing new to you. A crafty friend of mine made something that fans of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory will totally love.

I met Sarah Line and her husband Christian through our love of pinball. We all go to Pittsbrugh each year for the largest pinball tournament in the world and even saw each other a few weekends ago at a pinball show in Massachusetts. Sarah is ridiculously crafty. Give her a glue gun and stand back as the magic happens.

There's a new pinball machine that has been released based on Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, that 1971 movie that we all love nearly 50 years later.

Sarah makes her own pinball toppers, things that go on the very top of the game that fit with the theme. If you've ever played the classic Addams Family pinball machine, you've probably seen the topper of the cloud with lighting effect.

Well Sarah has made her own topper for the Willy Wonka pinball machine and her attention to detail is amazing. Just about everything from the movie is there.

There's a Wonka bar, a golden ticket, gummy bear tree, Everlasting Gobstopper, a chocolate waterfall with Augustus Gloop stuck in the pipe.

Wonkavision with Mike TeeVee, the bad egg scale and Veruca Salt, Violet Beauregarde turned into a blueberry, Fizzy Lifting Drinks with Charlie and Grandpa floating up to the fan, and Oompa Loompas.

What's most impressive to me is the completely authentic design of the lickable wallpaper. Take a look at the design of the fruit above and compare it to this.

I have no idea how she found that, but I'm impressed. I can't wait to see it on top of the game!
