CDC ‘Suggest’ Mask During Air Travel
Are you going to book a trip anywhere in the country and go to Portland Jetport to get on a plane without a mask?
I have to know because according to WBAI TV 5 the CDC has strong recommendations for people to fly planes with a mask but no actual rule or policy in place.
I don't care what side of the political spectrum you're on or if you think that wearing a mask says you don't support our president, blah, blah, blah. An airplane is the number one place anyone should wear a mask; even if you don't want to wear one going into Walmart or CVS you should definitely wear one going onto an airplane.
When air travel is scarce and the airlines need as many travelers as possible, they should implement a rule just so that passengers will feel safe enough to travel during the middle of a pandemic.
However, that is not the case. What are your thoughts? Should we be mandated to wear me to wear masks on flights? Or am I just losing my biscuits?
