Time, effort and creativity shined bright Saturday night at 58 Fore Street, the Portland Company, for our big annual Halloween party. It was not easy when it came time for a group of us to walk through the entire establishment scoping out costumes and making the difficult decision to pick what we thought were the three best.

Third place ($200) went to the Abominable Snowman. If you can't tell by the pic, this costume is from scratch.

Second place ($300) went to the Mona Lisa. This one had to have taken a couple minutes to create. The pic doesn't do this great costume justice.

First place

($500) this year goes to the Headless Couple! We were super impressed with these two. I spoke with them right after they won. They told me it was a last minute decision to follow through with it because they thought the project was too involved for the time they had to make it. Well $500 later, it paid off!
