WATCH: Championship Winning Performance From Maine Cheering Team
An absolutely stunning performance brought home the championship for the Port City Athletics Pharaohs!
They are still high off their 2024 D2 Summit Championship in Orlando, Florida. Port City Athletics in South Portland, Maine, is known for being the area's top cheer gym. They have all sorts of classes, including tumbling, gymnastics, dance, and more. Some say the gym has a family-like culture and friendly staff. If you have a kid in cheering, you know that it's a ton of work, dedication, and has great rewards for hard work.
These kids (13-18 years old in Pharaohs) have worked all season long to get a 'bid' (or invitation) to attend these prestigious events. For the 2023-2024 season, all eligible teams at Port City Athletics (Rosetta, Eyecons, and Pharaohs) qualified for the 2024 D2 Summit, and advanced to finals in their respective divisions. Based on their scores throughout the season, Pharaohs earned a full-paid bid from Spirit Cheer Brands in New Jersey.
Check out this amazing performance! You'll watch it more than once!
