So this was kind of a cool but also a bizarre find when I came across a compost bin near the cemetery behind Pat's Meat Market in Portland.

The more I looked into it, the more I found out that "The city of Portland is aiming to reduce the amount of food they waste and manage food scraps from the kitchen by composting for FREE"- Portlandmaine.gov.

I thought to myself how awesome it was that the city would go out of their way to make sure this was even an option, so it made me wonder how many other compost locations are around the city.
