Dashcam Records Cop Shooting Unarmed Man – For Seatbelt Violation! [VIDEO]

Officer Sean Groubert from South Carolina shot an unarmed man reaching for his wallet. Officer has been fired and charged. The video is disturbing and unbelievable.

You can hear the Levar Jones repeatedly ask 'Why did you shoot me?' You can also see his wallet fly up into the air as he raises his hands. The officer shot at him 4 times.

Jones is recovering after being shot in the hip and is grateful he's alive. He is hoping there are changes to how police treat suspects.

This on the heals of Fergeson, Missouri - white cop / black victim. Is this another case of racism? Was the officer justified thinking his life was in danger? Or did the right thing happen and a rogue cop was pulled off the street?
