Dying Man Says Goodbye to His Dog. Picture is Going Viral

21 year old Mike Petrosino was diagnosed with terminal cancerr and had a chance to say goodbye to his dog Rusty.  They brought Rusty to Massachusetts General Hospital for a final visit.

The picture was taken by a family friend and has gone viral since being posted on Reddit and shared on Facebook. What makes this so heart wrenching is that Mike has been fighting cancer since the 8th grade. He was given 3 months to live, and after having a leg amputated, and 4 rounds of cancer - his fight was finally coming to an end.

Rusty his dog, was very emotional at the goodbye and since the visit has been sitting near his favorite chair and whining.  These kinds of stories always make me remember to be grateful.  And for a short time, I stop complaining and remember that I have it pretty good. and I don't have to say goodbye to anyone...
