You might know Guy Fieri from the show Diners, Drive-Ins & Bars, from the multitude of other game show appearances he's made, or simply from internet memes featuring his bleach blonde spiked hair, narrow sunglasses, and oversized short-sleeved button-ups. Sure, the guy (the
Guy) hasn't updated his style since the early 2000s, but he is on fire when it comes to being the face of the Food Network and developing his own restaurants throughout the country. His most recent is one you could actually visit!

According to Eater Boston, the Emmy-award-winning TV personality and Flavortown celebrity is teaming up with Boston’s Big Night Entertainment Group (BNEG) to open Guy Fieri’s Tequila Cocina in the Hub on Causeway, an expansion of TD Garden that will include retail, office, hotel, and residential space. Fieri's restaurant will be part of Big Night Live, a music hall and night life venue. The 185-seat restaurant will feature Latin-American cuisine and over 100 varieties of tequila, adding another hot destination to Fieri's existing empire of 70 restaurants world-wide.

Fieri has visited Boston multiple times for Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, and thought the city a suitable location for his new restaurant.

“Boston has always been one of my favorite cities to hit for DDD… great people and even better food. So, to have the chance to start the party at Big Night Live with my Tequila Cocina, I couldn’t be more stoked!” Fieri is quoted as saying on BNEG's website.

Follow their page for further developments; the restaurant is set to open sometime this fall.
