I Got a Behind-the-Scenes Look at Beer Making Right in Portland at Rising Tide Brewery

I had no idea that making beer would be on par with nuclear physics, but my trip to the Rising Tide Brewery Friday night provided just that.

Let let me preface this with the fact that I am NOT a beer drinker at all, so I am not going to talk about the quality or taste of the product. When it comes to booze, my palette is limited to wine and liquor.

Our Tour team of Kailey and Julia took us on the tour of this facility and had us taste several of their fine brews. I am not going to get into the science behind it, but my mind was blown for sure.
