A Fall Date Idea Suggested by One of Our Listeners
I recently asked our radio listeners on Facebook for some good places to enjoy Maine's fall foliage, and one listener suggested the Camden Snow Bowl. Honestly, this sounds amazing!
Located in Camden, the ski mountain offers scenic chairlift rides on select Sundays throughout October, giving visitors a chance to see Maine's beautiful fall colors from above.
And here's the best part. You can bring a blanket, find a spot at the top, and enjoy a little picnic surrounded by gorgeous fall foliage.
Talk about a perfect fall date idea!
Take the Chairlift or Hike Back Down
Once you've soaked up those incredible views, you have options! You can either hike your way back down the mountain or simply hop back on the chairlift and enjoy the scenery all over again.
The Camden Snow Bowl is offering fall chairlift rides on October 11, 18, and 25, from 10 AM to 2 PM.
Tickets are $15 per person.
Seriously, how cool is this for a Maine fall adventure?
