There is nothing better then when you catch that irresistible aroma of freshly baked bread and donuts. It's one of my most memorable scents, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This particular bakery in Maine has been serving up these memorable scents for a whopping 35 years.

It's Breads and Roses Bakery who have been baking with love for decades and due to their talent, have fittingly been named the best in the state by Taste of Home.

They began in Ogunquit and are now located at 614 Post Road in Wells.

Taste of Home highlights their beloved favorites like their enormous chocolate chip cookies, wholesome anadama bread, delectable mousse bombs, and scrumptious blueberry whoopie pies.
